Neville began training in this profession in 1968, first as a technician with his father Harry Spencer's dental laboratory, and then at the Adelaide Dental Hospital. In 1985 he became qualified as a Clinical Dental Technician and commenced his practice at Aldgate, making dentures direct to the public.
Neville has taken advantage of professional courses since then and has added partial denture qualifications attained at the RMIT University, Faculty of Health and Clinical Sciences. Nev has taken Executive roles in the State professional organisation, the Australian Dental Prosthetists Association (SA) Inc, including President. He has been active in his local church and the CFS.
Nev is married to Fran who has been involved in the practice for many years.

Fran and Nev have four children, one of whom is Joseph.
Joseph Spencer
Joseph became qualified with a Diploma of Dental Technology in 1997 and began working in the business in 1999. He continued his training as a dental prosthetist in NSW. He qualified as a Dental Prosthetist in 2004 with an Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics.
Joe is married to Bec who is a teacher.
